The Town of Fairview requires all residential, commercial, and other non-residential alarm systems in Fairview, whether monitored or not, to have a valid alarm permit. Alarm permits must be renewed annually between January 1st and January 31st. Renewals received after January 31st will incur a late fee of $12.50 for residential and $25.00 for commercial and other non-residential.
New and renewal residential alarm permit fees are $50.00, and new and renewal commercial and other non-residential alarm permit fees are $100.00. If you have any questions, please call the Fairview Police Department at 972-886-4211
