WALK-IN DOCKETS
Any Defendant with a delinquent in the Town of Fairview Municipal Court is eligible to appear before the Judge during an open “walk-in” court docket to resolve an outstanding citation or warrant without being arrested. This Safe Harbor Docket provides an opportunity for defendants to speak directly with the Judge.
You must check in by 8:30 a.m.
in order to appear before the Judge.
