The Town of Fairview, Texas (“Town”) invites your company to provide a proposal for the replacement of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
The Town intends to replace its current Tyler Technologies Incode 9 ERP system with a fully integrated enterprise platform that includes the following modules:
• Finance and Accounting
• Human Resources and Payroll
• Utility Billing
The Town will only consider vendor-hosted, cloud-based solutions that do not require Town-hosted core infrastructure. SaaS, cloud-native, single-tenant, multi-tenant, and hybrid cloud architectures are acceptable. Vendors must propose a full system solution, either by offering all parts themselves or by subcontracting the functionality or aspects they do not offer; the Town will balance the functional fit of solutions offered with that of more complete solutions that reduce the ongoing burden of integration support. Where third-party components are proposed, the prime vendor shall consolidate all partner and module responses into a single, unified proposal submission.
