The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) is the provider of Collin County Rides, the transportation service for Fairview residents who are at least 65 or who have a qualifying disability.
The DCTA Collin County Rides program features a dedicated fleet of standard and wheelchair-accessible minivans to transport Fairview residents where they want and need to go in Collin County on an appointment basis. Service may be booked through the online portal, the easy-to-use app-based appointment system or by phone: 940-243-0077. Reservations can be made by phone from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Saturdays.
Important notes:
1. Service appointments will only be available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. No after-hours or weekend service will be available.
2. Riders must make reservations for the service at least a day in advance.
3. Trips will be limited to Collin County locations, and trips must either begin or end in Fairview or Allen.
